Overview

The Vacancy

Site Manager – Location: Salisbury / South Wiltshire

Salary: Competitive. Experience in Retrofit Required. This role is based out of our Salisbury/South Wiltshire office, working on Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund projects including: Solar PV, External Wall Insulation (EWI), Internal Wall Insulation (IWI), Loft Insulation, Ventilation, Heating systems.

Responsibilities
  • Input into programming and short-term planning of works.
  • Manage operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Attend pre- and post-inspection works, advise on job requirements, and assist with design solutions.
  • Deliver and hand over schemes successfully.
  • Produce weekly site progress reports and submit electronically to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure completed job packs and completion details are submitted promptly to support invoicing and cash flow.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in internal and external planned maintenance works, with a strong background in retrofit.
  • Full accreditation in asbestos awareness and scaffold inspections.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Valid First Aid Certificate.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
