Overview

Clarkson Owens recruitment are working with a leading provider of insulation who operate throughout Scotland. This company have a great track record of working on both private and public projects and have been operating over two decades.

Due to new projects they are looking to bring on a site manager to join their team on a full time basis. Initially this role will be based on a cavity wall insulation project on private flats just outside of Glasgow. This will include extraction and refill of cavity wall and re-render of properties along with all associated enabling works.

Due to the nature of this work you may be required to work away from home from time to time depending on project location.

• Site management on a cavity wall insulation project for private flats just outside Glasgow, including extraction and refill of cavity walls and re-render of properties, along with all associated enabling works.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Must have experience in housing regeneration.
• Must be computer literate (the company uses tablets to log all project updates).
• Experience managing subcontractors is required.
