We are seeking a Legal Assistant to support the fee earners in the management of their volume caseload within the Commercial Property Team.

• File opening
• Undertake initial AML check
• Producing client care letter
• Collate office copies
• Gather redemption information
• Undertake searches
• Draft client letters and contract packs
• Assist with exchanges
• Act as first point of contact for all communication from clients and other parties involved in the transaction
• Maintain and build on excellent client and third party relationships through effective and timely communication and resolution of issues
• Escalation of issues as appropriate
• Work on post completion matters including registrations, file closure and archiving
• Ensure smooth operation of the company's conveyancing case management system

• Observe health and safety procedures and work safely at all times.
• Adhere to all internal methods, systems, policies and procedures
• Be responsible for your own continuing self-development, undertaking training as appropriate to the work environment and developments in your role, including training on software or systems used at Chubb Bulleid if not already familiar with them
• Conduct yourself with professionalism, tact and diplomacy as a representative of Chubb Bulleid, in line with policies and procedures
