The Department

Our Girls Academy Department has established itself as a leader in girls youth football development, consistently delivering the highest standards in coaching, education and training across 10 teams with players aged U10 – U21. To support our continued growth and success of our programme, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Physical Performance Coach to join the team.

The Role

Working as a Physical Performance Coach Lead, you will oversee the Physical Performance department and manage the Youth Development Phase physical performance staff to ensure that all delivery is in line with the Club’s syllabus and philosophy.

You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a Sports Science and Strength and Conditioning programme to players within the Girls Players Pathway (U9 – U21s) with a focus on U21s, include profiling, pre‑training preparation, post‑training strategies, field‑based conditioning and general sports science support.
