We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager with a passion for luxury to help lead our Cheshire Oaks store!
Position: Assistant Store Manager – Full Time
Location: Cheshire Oaks
Hours per Week: 37.5
Salary: £27,000 - £28,500

The Assistant Store Manager role:
- Support the store in achieving sales, KPIs, and profitability through inspiring leadership
- Demonstrate excellent customer service standards and motivate the team to do the same
- Assist in developing a high-performing team through coaching and training
The Perfect Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
- Experience in fragrance and beauty retail preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Engaging leadership style
- Strong commercial acumen
- Customer-centric approach
- Flexibility to work across stores and travel as needed
