Are you ready to take the next step in your retail career? At Boots, we’re looking for ambitious future leaders who are passionate about people, retail, and delivering outstanding results. As part of our 12‑week Store Manager Training Programme, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across a variety of stores — learning from experienced leaders and developing the skills to confidently run your own store. During training, you’ll need to be flexible to travel between different locations, but once you complete the programme, you’ll be based in your own store — ideally one of our larger flagship locations. We’re looking for individuals with the ambition to progress, who see this as the first step toward managing big stores or developing into an Area Manager role in the future.
