A growing retail company in Swindon is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team and drive sales. You will manage store operations, oversee budgets, and ensure a great customer experience. Responsibilities

What it is like to be a Branch Manager at Screwfix

  • Lead your team youll motivate your team to deliver a great customer experience, ultimately achieving great results
  • Drive sales overseeing budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, managing stock and improving profits are all part of your role
  • Make it your own your store will have a personality just like you. Youll make sure your store is a great place to be for both your team and your customers.
  • Support the area as part of a wider team of Branch Managers youll support your areas KPIs. Find your fit and champion a specific area supporting the business and your development.
