A major housebuilder in the UK is seeking a Sales Manager for their East Midlands Division. In this role, you will oversee the sales process, manage and motivate the sales team, and ensure sales targets are met. There is an exciting opportunity to join Bellway, one of the UKs largest house builders. Our East Midlands Division is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join the Division's Sales team.
The role of Sales Manager reports to the Sales Director and is responsible for managing and overseeing the sales process on site to ensure that all targets and objectives are achieved in accordance with specified timescales and budgets whilst maximising profit through the effective management of the sales team.
Experience of working as a Sales Manager for a high volume national housebuilder.
Experience of leading and managing a team.
GCSE Maths and English
Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent)
