Position Summary:

As the Regional Sales Manager and Customer Advocate, you will work with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve regional sales, profit, market share, and customer satisfaction goals for merchandise, equipment, services, and other company offerings. You will oversee regional logistics, sales personnel training, and the sales of specialty products and services. Your role is essential as it bridges customers and Benco Dental!

• Exceptional customer service skills, including experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills focused on management and coaching
• Ability to motivate the sales and service team

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience
• Ten years of sales/management experience
• Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel within the region and overnight as needed
