• Meeting and greeting clients
• Dealing with product providers
• Financial transactions
• Preparing client files
• Supporting relationships with existing clients

• Experienced financial planning administrator
• Conscientious, hardworking and with great attention to detail
• Ideally experience of IO, platforms and mail merges
• Hours: 17.5 hours per week with some flexibility
