A recruitment agency based in the UK is looking for a Project HSE Manager to lead a team in ensuring the safety management systems for projects. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, a degree-level qualification, and HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH. This role offers a hybrid work model located in Kingston Upon Thames.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years working for an IMCA contractor.
- At least 3 years Project HSE Management experience.
- Auditor and investigation certification, preferably Chartered MIOSH.
Responsabilités
- Managing and developing a HSE Team.
- Facilitate HSE Readiness Reviews.
- Plan and conduct Internal HSE Audits.
- Lead investigations.

New Job Opportunity - Project HSE Manager - Contract or Permanent
Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home.
Location: Kingston Upon Thames.
You will lead a Project HSE Team to ensure the correct development, implementation and monitoring of the project safety management systems throughout the Project and future projects.
- Managing and developing a HSE Team
- HSE Contract Administration
- Knowledge of IOGP and IMCA standards
- Subcontractor Management and Evaluation
- Develop and Maintain Project Deliverables
- Facilitate HSE Readiness Reviews
- Ensure Compliance With Contractual and Regulatory Requirements
- Plan and Conduct Internal HSE Audits
- Lead Investigations
- Education: Degree level qualification and HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH).
- Experience: At least 3 years working for an IMCA contractor and at least 3 years Project HSE Management experience.
- Certification: Auditor and investigation certification. Preferably Chartered MIOSH.
