The Talent Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing talent strategies to foster growth within the organisation. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, offered on a hybrid working basis.

Description
  • The Talent Development Specialist will:
  • Develop and deliver talent development programmes aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Work with country HR Managers to design succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee performance.
  • Provide expert advice on career progression and development pathways.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent development.
Profile
  • A strong background in human resources, particularly in learning & talent development.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing training programmes.
