Job summary

A Kent based consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding Project Management team in Royal Tunbridge Wells. You will be involved in managing residential projects throughout their full lifecycle, including contract administration and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and experience in a construction consultancy environment. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 and various benefits including private healthcare and flexible working.

  • Preferably Chartered, but not essential.
  • Experience in a construction consultancy environment.

Overview

A Kent based Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a competent Project Manager from a construction consultancy background to join their PM team.

The Project Manager role and responsibilities

The successful Project Manager will be joining an expanding Project Management team that have recently secured new prestigious residential projects to compliment their already diverse portfolio of work. Day to day, the new Project Manager will be involved in running jobs through their full project life cycle, including carrying out a contract admin role, managing project coordination, reporting, attending site, and supporting the Project Management team as a whole.

Qualifications and experience
  • Preferably Chartered, but not essential
  • Completed a construction project management / related degree
  • Worked within a construction consultancy environment
  • Contract administration experience
  • Residential project experience would be a plus
  • Pre and post contract knowledge
