Project Manager / Project Director – RC Frame & Groundwork Packages, Wembley and Paddington

Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 + Benefits (PAYE or Self-Employed)

This business is one of our top clients. They turnover above £120 million per annum and build concrete frame and groundwork packages up to £50 million for residential contractors and developers throughout London and the surrounding Home Counties. They combine a modern approach with traditional roots and offer a supportive environment for their people.

With projects secured, the business is recruiting two Senior Project Managers / Project Directors for schemes in Wembley and Paddington. Both projects include RC frames, groundwork, and basement works, with packages of £20m+.

As the lead on your project you will oversee programme, budget, and client relationships, and you will plan, organise, and execute multi-million-pound groundwork and RC frame works.

• Lead on projects from programme development through to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource planning; maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate RC frame, groundwork, and basement works for multi-million-pound packages.
• Develop and implement project plans, risks, and mitigations; report progress to senior management.

• Degree qualified in civil engineering or construction management.
• Strong history from site engineer level through to project management over the last 5-10+ years.
• Extensive concrete frame construction background, with experience at subcontractors in the UK; candidates from solely main-contract or development backgrounds will not be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, standard email tools, and Asta PowerProject for planning/programming.

The company offers above-average packages to support long-term employment and low staff turnover. Salary range for these positions is £90,000 – £110,000 per annum with benefits and a structured bonus scheme; self-employed or PAYE options can be considered. All offers are subject to experience.
