Job title: Project Manager
Reports to: Head of Data, AI and Software
Location: Manchester or Leeds (hybrid working available)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Focus of the role:

This is an exciting and challenging role for a candidate with a proven track record of managing the delivery of technology projects across multiple disciplines and teams. Our project managers are responsible for successfully delivering a portfolio of projects of varying complexity, ensuring outcomes are clearly defined, teams have what they need to succeed, and clients are delighted with their experience with BCN.

The role focuses on our data, AI, and software verticals, but successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across our full-service offering. The role requires a confident communicator capable of managing multiple objectives and leading others, supported by Account Managers, Pre-sales, and Solutions Designers to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

Person, Skills & Experience:

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to run projects independently
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Risk management experience with clear communication
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with effective prioritisation
• Ability to work in ambiguity and create structure
• Commercial acumen and project budget management experience

Nice-to-haves

• Infrastructure project delivery experience (e.g., Windows migration)
• Experience in MSP, consultancy, or product environments
