What You ll Do:

• Operate and set up machines on a production line
• Monitor machinery to ensure consistent quality
• Perform quality checks and complete production paperwork
• Label and pack products for dispatch
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Meet daily production and quality targets

What We re Looking For:

• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail quality matters!
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Able to stand for long periods and manage manual tasks
• Previous manufacturing or manual role experience preferred

Shift Pattern:

• 24/7 continental rota
• Rotates over 4 weeks
• 12-hour shifts (06 00 / 18 00)
