We’re recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading manufacturer of bespoke wood-based products for high-street names like M&S, Boots, and L’Oréal. With over 25 years in the industry, they are known for precision, consistency, and customer-focused production.

We’re looking for ahands-on and reliable Production Assistantto support CNC machinists in a clean, modern, and well-equipped factory environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting machinists with loading/unloading materials
• General production support and housekeeping
• Moving products through different stages of the process
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What we’re looking for:

• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts (2 days, 2 nights)
