We have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Manager to join Böllhoff, a German-backed, global leader in fastening and assembly technologies. As one of the key operational leaders on site, you will drive production performance, champion lean methodologies, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lead day‑to‑day production operations across the Hull site, ensuring delivery of all key KPIs
• Drive a strong, hands‑on leadership presence on the shop floor—coaching, supporting and developing your team
• Implement and champion lean tools (5S, Kaizen, visual management, standard work, waste reduction) to drive efficiency and flow
• Monitor and analyse production performance, creating clear action plans to improve throughput, quality, OEE and right‑first‑time metrics
• Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain to resolve issues, support root‑cause investigations and prevent recurrence
• Ensure compliance with H&S standards and create a proactive safety culture
• Lead daily/weekly production meetings, ensuring clear communication of plans, priorities and performance
• Support capacity planning, resource allocation and skills development within the team
• Drive continuous improvement projects, delivering measurable improvements across processes, systems and equipment
• Maintain high standards of documentation, reporting and KPI tracking
