Product Owner jobs in Germany

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Manager - ADT & WLO to join our team. In this role, you'll support our sales, marketing, and machine preparation teams—ensuring equipment is specified correctly, compliant, competitively priced, and ready to meet customer needs.

1. Provide expert product advice on machine applications, performance, specifications, and pricing to support sales and customer requirements.
2. Define and manage product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
3. Act as the business expert on product platforms and competitor offerings, delivering insights to guide sales and marketing decisions.
4. Recommend site-specific equipment solutions, ensuring machine specifications meet operational and customer requirements.
5. Support strategic machine demonstrations, using measurement tools and productivity data to deliver compelling sales arguments.
6. Liaise with suppliers and technical teams to assess, design, and approve locally fitted attachments and machine options.
7. Ensure order accuracy by reviewing Sales Orders and coordinating with Product Compliance for new attachments or options.
8. Deliver effective training and presentations to sales teams and stakeholders, covering product features, benefits, applications, and competitive positioning.

1. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
2. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
3. Well-organised and systematic in approach to tasks.
4. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
5. Effective collaborator with strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
6. Good understanding of customer and dealer operations.
7. Knowledge of Volvo CE's full product offering and supporting tools/systems.
8. Familiarity with aftermarket processes, systems, and technical tools.
