Future is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our UX Design team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to create and support Future’s digital products and proprietary technology. You should be passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and detailed user interfaces that meet user needs and connect our customers to their interests.
Reporting to the UX Design Lead, you will work with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, product managers, and developers throughout all stages of product development. Your responsibilities include defining the interactivity and UX of products such as e-commerce platforms, digital subscriptions, paywalls, website platforms, and internal systems.
You will propose solutions that balance user needs with business goals and technical capabilities. Your visual design skills will be essential for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, managing these through to development and implementation.
Key activities involve gaining user insights through testing and research, defining customer journeys, designing solutions for development or A/B testing, and improving innovation for new products. You will also prototype low-fidelity concepts, use data to inform product development, and focus on CRO, product performance, user experience, and revenue KPIs.
This is a hybrid role based in either our Bath or Cardiff office, working three days in the office and two from home.
