Our client is a leader within the large format printed graphics sector. They currently have an opening for a Large Format Print Finisher to work at their busy Kent-based manufacturing plant.

The finishing department is a key section of their production facility ensuring that their customers' campaigns and event products arrive finished, trimmed, and able to be installed or used correctly. You will be responsible for finishing and collating printed or supplied products according to job bag and campaign specifications. You will be working as part of a finishing team that works across multiple material types, large and small format items, and 3D structures, using a variety of standard finishing machinery.

You will work closely with account and production teams to ensure all projects are delivered and all requirements and needs of the client are met and exceeded.

Working within this extremely busy and challenging department, you will be tasked with:

1. Working to set tasks on a daily basis
2. Following instruction surrounding campaign and event finishing requirements
3. Reporting to production managers throughout the day
4. Working as a team to achieve daily objectives and to a high standard
5. Following an online work schedule
6. Adhering to health & safety rules and procedures
7. Communicating effectively and professionally with the rest of the team and departments

Skills & Experience:

1. You will be an outgoing, organised, capable, friendly, and helpful self-starter
2. Good knowledge in Zund cutting tables – kiss cutting, routing, etc.
3. Laminating – Heated rollers and Rollers
4. Hand finishing – wrap mounting, weeding, etc.
5. Attention to detail and getting it right the first time
6. You will take pride in your work, remaining focused, calm, and motivated
