Robert Walters have partnered with a leading organisation who are in the middle of an enterprise‑wide transformation. They are looking to scale their project teams to support in the transformation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, values continuous improvement, and enjoys working at the heart of project governance and assurance.

What you’ll do:
  • Compile, analyse, and challenge project data from multiple sources to prepare comprehensive portfolio status reports for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all communications.
  • Support the delivery and secretariat functions of change governance forums by preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with organisational standards.
  • Conduct assurance reviews to verify that all project documentation aligns with established frameworks, maintaining high standards of quality across reporting activities.
  • Lead planning activities at both portfolio and project levels by tracking objectives, key milestones, dependencies, and managing Jira reporting and administration tasks efficiently.
