• Tools and uniform supplied
• Permanent contract with full-time hours
• Work on a variety of domestic plumbing tasks in tenanted and void properties
• Supportive team environment with opportunities for progression

• Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in social housing properties
• Respond to reactive and planned works
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with tenants and housing staff
• Maintain accurate records of work completed

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
• Experience in domestic plumbing, ideally within social housing
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
