Structural Test Technician / Engineer – Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £27,000–£31,000 + Bonuses + Overtime
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

- Practical mindset – enjoys working outdoors and solving real-world problems
- Technically capable – experience with tools, monitoring systems, and basic electronics (soldering, wiring, etc.)
- Communicative – strong written and verbal skills, client-facing confidence
- Flexible & mobile – full driving licence, willing to travel and work non-standard hours
- Physically capable – comfortable working at height, in confined spaces, and lifting equipment
- GCSE Grade 6+ in English and Maths/Physics or NVQ in Engineering or Relevant Degree
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Hands-on experience (carpentry, plumbing, soldering = bonus)
