Moulding Technician / Production Supervisor (Injection Moulding)

If you're an experienced Injection Moulding Technician or Setter who wants a role with real responsibility not just babysitting machines, this one's worth a look. A well-established plastics manufacturer is expanding and bringing in an additional Technician Supervisor to support their 24/7 operation. The kit is solid, the work is varied, and the business backs its technical people properly.

What you can expect:

• Hands‑on technical work including tool changes, process setting, troubleshooting, robot interface
• Machines from 15T up to 650T, including Krauss Maffei and Negri Bossi
• A shift pattern that actually gives you balance (2 weeks days / 2 weeks lates)
• A role where you lead from the front and get listened to, not ignored
• Salary around £35-£40K, depending on what you can bring to the table
