Job summary
A leading staffing solutions provider is seeking a talented Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician in Nottingham. The role involves repairing damaged vehicles using modern techniques and ensuring high-quality standards are met. Ideal candidates will have a recognised technical qualification and experience in a busy body shop. With a salary range of £35,000-£38,000 (OTE £44,000) and a focus on teamwork, this is an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within a busy body shop.
- Ability to perform high-quality body repairs from start to finish.
- Knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques.
Responsibilities
- Repair damaged vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
- Prepare panels, apply paint, and perform light repairs.
- Ensure repairs meet high-quality standards.

Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician
Basic Salary: £35,000-£38,000 DOE (OTE £44,000)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
Location: Nottingham
Talented and efficient Multi skilled Bodyshop Technician to join this leading team. As a Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician, you will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturer's specifications, utilising modern equipment and techniques.
- Carry out warranty, transit damage and used car repairs using factory approved products and techniques.
- Ensure repairs meet the high-quality standards
- You'll be responsible for preparing panels, masking adjacent areas, and applying paint to vehicles to the highest standards. This role also includes light strip/refit work and small filler repairs.
- You will have served a recognised apprenticeship and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).
- You must have previous experience working in a similar role within a busy body shop and be a strong team player.
- You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
- The Ideal applicant will be able to produce a high quality of body repairs from start to finish.
- You will be an experienced with a stable history and hold a City Guilds qualification or equivalent.
- ATA qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.
