Job summary
A leading healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations and implement business strategies. The ideal candidate will have substantial executive-level experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a background in the not-for-profit sector. Responsibilities include operational planning, team leadership, and budget management. We're looking for someone passionate about improving community health outcomes with a thorough understanding of healthcare services. This is a full-time role offering a salary of £100,000 per annum.
Qualifications
- Outstanding coalition building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively handle unexpected situations.

Responsibilities
- Design & implement scalable solutions to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
