What you will be doing
  • Support strategy execution: Assist in developing and implementing trading strategies to drive growth across stores and online, using consumer and competitor insights
  • Analyse performance: Track gift card sales, prepare reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability
  • Manage relationships: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams (Retail, Online, Marketing) to ensure programme success
  • Forecast & budget: Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring targets align with actual performance
  • Drive product development: Analyse data to find opportunities for new products or improvements and support creation of development briefs
  • Ensure stock & enable sales: Work with operations to maintain stock availability and support store teams with tools, training, and mentorship
