A leading Infrastructure contractor is looking for a Buyer to join their team and help support on a major substation projects across Scotland.
Main duties will include:

You will be working to deliver complex works that really matters to the business, and the world around you
Responsible for managing high value subcontracts and materials
Part of a strong regional procurement team who manage £4billion worth of framework projects over the next 6 -10 years
Minimum of 3+ year’s strategy procurement experience for any main construction or Infrastructure contractor
Strong negotiation, supplier management and communication skills
Ideally you will have strong civils materials procurement experience, but should they struggle to identify the above candidate profile, they would be open to meeting strategic buyers from Oil & Gas, EPC contractors or the subcontractor supply chain
