Job description

Administrator - Contracts - Part-time
Based: Daresbury Park, Warrington, WA4
Hourly rate: £14.00 – £15.00 p/h holidays

Our client is seeking a Contract Administrator to work 3 days per week.
Hours 9am to 4pm, flexible if needing to do school run for example.
Hybrid role once trained (2 days in the office)

Main Accountabilities - Responsibilities, Tasks & Interactions:

  • Processing of New Orders in SAP.
  • Management of small non-engineered contracts
  • Processing of Order Confirmations in SAP.
  • Processing Purchase Orders onto the factory / 3rdparty supplier in SAP.
  • Customer Invoicing in SAP.
  • Process factory / 3rdparty supplier invoices in SAP.
  • Be involved with Contract Reviews and Debt Meetings (Record Minutes).
  • Documentation / Spreadsheet accuracy for internal reporting to LBU Controller.
  • Other duties as required.
