With 80 years of experience, we're a UK-based manufacturer looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our team.

Role Overview: As our Junior Product Manager, you'll help shape the product roadmap, represent the voice of the customer, and grow your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment—turning real customer insight into meaningful product impact.

Salary: Up to £32,000

Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be commutable to our office in Leamington Spa.

Commutable locations: Coventry, Northampton, Banbury, Warwick, Daventry, Rugby, Worcester, Stratford upon Avon.

Job Description: Supporting product development and delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams, conducting market and competitor analysis, assisting with go-to-market strategies, and tracking product performance.

Person Specification: Solid analytical skills, experience in manufacturing or related environments, strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data and trends.

Experience: Experience in manufacturing, construction, or surface preparation environments, with demonstrable experience in a similar role. CIM qualification is desirable but not essential.
