A local educational institution in Sunderland is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support learning activities and contribute to a positive classroom environment. This is a temporary contract for one year, offering 30 hours per week during term time. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational and communication skills and experience in a similar role. Teaching Assistant Vacancy at St Benet’s Catholic Primary School. Salary: Grade C (SCP 3-4) £24,796 - £25,185 pro rata. Start Date: 1 November 2025 (or ASAP). Contract: Temporary contract for one year initially. Shift pattern: 30 hours per week, term time only plus 5 PD days.
