The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the elderly nursing home sector, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care.
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high-quality care for residents.
- Lead and manage staff, fostering a positive and professional environment.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
- Current Nursing Home Manager or experienced Clinical Deputy Manager seeking career progression.
- Valid nursing PIN (RGN or RMN).
