Responsibilities

• Work office-based and provide care to service users.
• Be flexible with working hours and cover shifts at short notice.
• Complete the staff rotas.
• Provide support to staff outside office hours and weekends via the on-call duty phone.
• Cover holidays.
• Coach new staff members and carry out spot checks on other staff.
• Ensure all digital care plans are kept up to date and reviewed regularly.
• Keep all EMARs up to date.
• Keep the manager informed of any issues reported to you.
• Document and report risk assessments or any new risks to the manager.
• Maintain professionalism and dedication.
