A leading mental health service provider in London seeks an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to support clients in the community recovery team. This role involves managing a caseload, assessing client needs, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have post-qualification experience in mental health, excellent communication skills, and a positive, flexible attitude. The position offers opportunities for professional development within a supportive environment.
Successful applicants will work as part of a Multidisciplinary Team. You will hold a designated caseload and work generically as a care coordinator alongside your Nursing functions. The Trust supports regular Nursing forums, ongoing learning, and opportunities for development, with supervision, annual appraisals, and a robust in-service training/educational programme.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work within community services in the borough of Merton for South West London and St George\'s NHS Trust, within the Community Recovery Support Team. The post offers a chance to work as an integrated member of a dedicated community team, providing time-limited interventions to support personal recovery and effective management of symptoms in partnership with individuals to develop recovery action plans. Applicants should have post-qualification experience in a mental health setting, ideally in a community mental health team. You should be flexible, energetic, have a positive attitude, and be able to work autonomously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative, problem-solving approach are essential, with a commitment to MDT and partnership working (e.g., Recovery College and voluntary, statutory, and independent agencies).
