About The Role
We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer with a motion-first mindset. Someone who can combine video, animation, audio, typography, and rhythm to create content that moves.

You’ll work across branded videos, product explainers, social content, influencer campaigns, and experiential visuals — anything that needs to move, speak, or sound great. This is a high-impact, high-visibility creative role in a growing in-house team propelling the next phase of Revolut’s brand.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and animating videos for campaigns, product launches, social, and DOOH
• Creating motion templates, explainer videos, and influencer edits that bring clarity and emotion
• Editing footage and integrating sound/music to enhance storytelling
• Working closely with producers, marketers, and designers to bring stories to life
• Contributing to our evolving motion and sonic design language
• Collaborating on sound design and voiceover direction for digital content
• Prioritising scalability, polish, and performance across all formats

What You'll Need

• An impressive portfolio of motion and video-based work across digital campaigns or brand content
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, and Adobe Creative Suite
• An understanding of motion principles, rhythm, sound design, and pacing
• Experience working with brand guidelines, templates, and cross-channel creative
• To be comfortable editing, animating, and adding music, sfx, and/or VO where needed

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Figma, sound libraries, and creating content for multiple languages/markets
