Job summary
A leading aerospace recruitment agency is seeking a Moulding Operative for a temp to perm role in Hinckley and Bosworth. The successful candidate will be involved in the compression moulding of aerospace rubber components, operating various tools, and working in a warm environment. This position offers a competitive salary of £12.21 per hour, benefits, and the opportunity to accrue holiday up to 28 days per year. A positive and hardworking attitude is essential.

Responsibilities
- Involved in compression moulding of aerospace rubber components.
- Cutting blanks and loading/unloading presses.
- Operating various tools in a hands-on environment.

- Involved in compression moulding of aerospace rubber components.
- Cutting blanks, loading and demoulding parts, and loading and unloading compression presses.
- Operate multiple tools as part of the duties.
- Be reliable and hardworking in a hands-on role in a hot environment.
- Previous machine operating / moulding experience.
- Comfortable working in hot environments.
- A positive, hardworking attitude.
- Genuine temp to perm role with full-time hours.
- Half day on Fridays: 06:30 to 11:30; Monday to Thursday: 06:30 to 15:30.
- Salary: £12.21 per hour with company benefits.
- Holiday accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
