Job summary
A top fashion staffing agency in Greater London is seeking passionate Luxury Sales Associates for short-term and long-term retail opportunities. You'll provide exceptional customer service, maintain a premium store environment, and help clients discover luxury products. Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for style. This role offers flexible hours with a competitive pay rate between £11.00 and £23.00 per hour.

We're looking for passionate Luxury Sales Associates that are willing to join these top brands on assignments for both short-term and long-term opportunities.
- Deliver world-class customer service, engaging with clientele to understand their needs and offering personalised & sophisticated style guidance.
- Handle and display luxury merchandise with care, maintaining a premium store appearance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest collections and product knowledge of our luxury brands.
- Achieve sales goals and targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with a team to ensure clientele satisfaction.
- Handle luxury product transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Proven experience in High street or premium retail, but specific experience in luxury retail is a major advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A keen eye for style and detail, with an understanding and appreciation of luxury fashion.
- Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-presented, professional and articulate, with a genuine passion for the luxury industry.
