• Pay Rate: 440 - 480 take home per week after deductions
• Contract: Full-time, long-term placement
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 15.30

A welcoming secondary school in Derby (DE21) is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their supportive team. • Delivering pre-planned lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Providing targeted interventions for individuals and small groups.

• Covering classes to ensure continuity of learning.
• Working collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and wider pastoral team.

• Ideally, a HLTA qualification (or equivalent secondary experience).
• Confident supporting KS3/KS4 pupils.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Adaptable, resilient, and committed to pupil growth.
