As an Engagement Manager, you will work with both late-stage prospects and current customers in a forward-facing role. You will be responsible for pre-sales scoping through successful delivery and value realization, helping enterprises shorten their time to value with Writer AI apps. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team as prospects evaluate Writer and during delivery to scope when they become customers. Your role involves providing business and technical expertise to uncover, validate, and scope use-cases, aiming to reduce time to value, ensure successful project outcomes, gain alignment on scope, and clarify what a successful implementation looks like. You will ensure a seamless transition from pre to post-sale and own end-to-end delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
