A respected recruitment agency is looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk in Northwich. The successful candidate will manage aged debtors and customer reconciliations while ensuring accurate billing processes. Job Description

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • aged debtor management
  • customer reconciliation
  • contract administration and billing
  • reviewing and posting invoices for different services
  • report to senior management on billing performance
  • work with stakeholders to resolve customer disputes
  • holiday cover for credit control
The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Ledger Clerk should have:

  • Experience in managing sales ledgers or similar roles in accounting and finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • AAT Qualification - or studying towards
