A leading manufacturing company in Banbury is seeking an experienced Commercial Team Lead to lead a team of Senior and Junior Managers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, exhibiting strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
