Forward Role has currently partnered with a leading gift voucher & rewards group based in Liverpool, seeking a Consumer Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaign management for multiple brands.
About the role:
- Execute daily marketing communications and manage end-to-end campaigns.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams and the wider business to create, monitor, and execute integrated communications across email, SMS, direct mail, phone, WhatsApp, and print using the company's tools.
- Implement best practices for content, subject lines, timing, frequency, and format considering the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Creative, CRM, and other teams to develop email templates for the email service provider.
- Approve all direct-to-customer marketing content, creative, and messaging to motivate customers and drive sales.
- Act as a Brand Guardian, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines and Tone of Voice across campaigns.
- Measure and report on revenue and engagement, suggesting improvements to optimize cost-effectiveness and align with KPIs.
- Support the management of marketing agencies by providing guidance and information.
- Engage internal stakeholders in marketing plans promptly.

- Extensive proven experience in marketing communications.
- Strong planning, project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Copywriting and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
