A leading facilities management company in the East Midlands is looking for a qualified individual to manage maintenance contracts and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have recognized qualifications in Hot Water Systems and Plumbing, alongside experience in FM or building services maintenance. Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships are vital. This role offers professional development and the opportunity to work within an inclusive and diverse environment.

Qualifications

  • Recognised qualification in Hot Water Systems including Unvented Hot Water Systems.
  • Proven experience in an FM or building services maintenance position.
  • Awareness of Water Hygiene Management including Legionella prevention.

Responsabilités

  • Ensure the safe, satisfactory performance and further development of all contracts.
  • Manage quality, environmental and health & safety issues on the site.
  • Ensure Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance are carried out.
