A human rights NGO is seeking a retired Immigration Solicitor to provide guidance and supervision to the Legal Support department. This role involves mentoring Legal Assistants in preparing Asylum and Immigration cases. Applicants should have over 2 years of PQE experience in UK Immigration Law. - Experience in management and legal advisory roles.
Responsabilités
- Provide guidance and supervision to the Legal Support department.
- Meet with Legal Assistants weekly to provide guidance on Asylum and Immigration cases.

ROMILDAMOR Foundation is a Human Rights NGO that works to support Survivors of Human Trafficking and Gender Based Violence with Legal and Holistic support to help them reintegrate safely back into society. Our mission is to show Love in Action by Transforming Exploited Survivors into Empowered Women.
We are seeking a retired Immigration Solicitor to provide guidance and supervision to the Legal Support department.
The Legal Support department provides Survivors of Human Trafficking and GBV with assistance in sourcing external Legal Representatives.
Supervisory Lawyers will meet with Legal Assistants on a weekly basis and provide them with guidance and advice as they source representation and assist clients in preparing their Asylum and Immigration cases.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Initially 12 months, with the possibility of extension upon review.
Qualified Solicitor with over 2 years PQE Experience working in UK Immigration Law; Management & Legal Advisory Experience.
The volunteers will be required to attend weekly clinic appointments on Wednesdays at 6pm – remotely.
