The Role

Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor - Up to £75,000 salary

This team is renowned for its pragmatic and commercially minded approach, combining outstanding technical ability with extensive experience in resolving complex commercial disputes.

The team handles a wide range of matters, including breach of contract, professional negligence, defamation and reputation management, shareholder and partnership disputes, and intellectual property issues.

With a strong reputation and impressive financial performance, the firm offers a dynamic and supportive environment for professional growth. As part of the Dispute Resolution team, you will be involved in high-quality work, including arbitration and mediation, contentious probate cases, corporate disputes related to acquisitions, and intellectual property infringement claims.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with an experienced and respected Partner, who recently joined the Manchester office, further strengthening the firm's expertise in the region.

The Candidate

• Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 4+ years' post-qualification experience or equivalent
• Experience and interest in arbitration
• Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
