The firm's Dartford office is now looking to welcome a Commercial Property Solicitor to its established team. You'll handle a broad range of non-contentious commercial property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases, site acquisitions, and development work
- Secured lending and transactions involving financial institutions
- Business sales and purchases
You'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while benefiting from the support of a stable, experienced team.
- Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE (no upper limit)
- Strong technical knowledge in commercial property
- Confident communicator with excellent client-handling skills
- Calm, professional, and commercially minded
- Organised and capable of meeting deadlines without compromising quality
