Property Litigation Solicitor 5+ PQE - Bristol
We are looking for a property litigation solicitor to join this top tier property litigation team based in Bristol. This property litigation team is hiring a solicitor with experience in property litigation to work on high quality property litigation casework.
Working for an enviable client base, you'll be advising national landlords and tenants, developers, and investors on restrictive covenants, trespass, landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, rent and service charge recovery, insolvency issues, and easements.
You must be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' experience in property litigation from a reputable property litigation team. If this has been a part of a wider litigation caseload, please still apply. You will be keen to assist with business development, have good communication skills, and show a commercial mindset.
