We have a vacancy for a Corporate Insurance Lawyer 3 - 6 PQE to join the City office of this leading law firm. The post holder will be working as a key member of a highly regarded team handling a high-profile transactional workload covering public and private M&A, Part VII transfers and cross-border deals. The department also advises insurance companies and their boards on corporate governance matters, listed company issues and equity capital markets transactions. As an Associate, you will be handling a varied corporate workload with a solid insurance industry focus, you will also be expected to play a significant role in client care and development.
To be considered for this role, applicants will have a solid corporate transactional background with relevant insurance experience and a sound understanding of the insurance industry.
