We are working with a Top 50 UK law firm, renowned for its rapid growth and client-centric approach, to appoint a Residential Property Lawyer 1 year PQE + to join their expanding team on the fringes of East London.

The Role

You’ll join a thriving Residential Property team handling a broad range of conveyancing work, including:

• Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
• New Build transactions
• Help to Buy & Shared Ownership schemes
• Islamic Finance
• Lease Extensions & Enfranchisement
• Equity Release

You’ll be encouraged to build strong client relationships and take ownership of files, with plenty of support from senior lawyers and the wider property team.
