Education Lawyer - Bristol

Education Lawyer - Bristol. An exciting opportunity for an Education Lawyer to join a leading regulatory compliance team advising some of the UK's most respected education providers. This role is ideal for a solicitor or associate-level lawyer who can join a high-performing, friendly, and sector-leading team at the heart of the firm's regulatory and compliance work.

About the Role

You'll advise independent schools, school groups and governing bodies on a broad range of education and compliance matters, including:

  • Admissions, exclusions and appeals
  • Student behaviour and disciplinary issues
  • Safeguarding, SEN and equality law
  • Complaints, claims and tribunal matters
  • Regulatory compliance and inspections

You'll also help schools manage reputation-sensitive incidents, from safeguarding issues to parental disputes, providing calm, strategic and effective support when it matters most.

Working closely with senior lawyers, you'll help lead and supervise a talented team, contribute to strategic development, and play a key part in shaping how schools respond to the ever-changing legal and political landscape.
